Walter Pitts (1923-1969), amerikanischer Logiker und Mathematiker. Hauptwerke sind The Organization of Mental Events and the Problem of Free Will (1959), A Logical Calculus of Ideas Immanent in Nervous Activity (1943, mit Warren McCulloch) und Some Thoughts on the Theory of Mind (1965).
